the search for an apartment

so we, or actually my lovely fiancee got an idea that maybe we should buy a co-op.
As for now we saw only one place in an amazing location, with a huge park next to it, in an old pre-war building. Everything is picturesque and lovely... but the price is pretty high and it requires a renovation.

It does not look so bad on the pictures but in reality in requires some TLC. As for price we found some other stuff in the same price range that do not need as much TLC and are also located in cool places

So we looked more and here is something else that we want to see...

 

it is nothing amazing but I will be MORE THAT happy if I could call something almost my own  :) hehe
I will let you know how the search goes ;)
